Hi everyone, in this post, I have listed the popular Asus phones under 10000. Asus is a Taiwanese brand and if you are looking for buying a non-Chinese smartphone brand then you should definitely consider this brand.

Asus has sold more than 2 million smartphone units in India and is still producing great quality phones at budget prices.

Here are the 5 best Asus phones under 10000

  • ZenFone Max Pro M2
  • ZenFone Max Pro M1
  • ZenFone Max M2
  • ZenFone Max M1
  • ZenFone lite L1

You can see from the list that how lazy Asus is in naming their phone names, Anyway let look a these phone specs.

In the box, you get a TPU case, standard 10 Watt charger, and the phone. The back looks decent a little upgrade from max pro m1. The back design gets darken under certain lighting conditions.

It has dual sim support and a dedicated sd card slot. It weighs only 175 grams even with 5000 mAh battery.

The display is bright. It has 6.26-inch FHD+screen and comes with gorilla glass 6 protection which is rare considering this price point.

The brightness is of 450 nits and is visible in harsh sunlight. The notch is standard no design like waterdrop etc but has all the necessary things like notification light, flash, and camera which makes the space functional.

Max pro m2 is powered by snapdragon 660 and is great for gaming and heavy multitasking. The fingerprint sensor is not that fast but is secure. I won’t recommend using face unlock because anyone can easily open it with your photo.

It has all the sensors, the video looks good and audio is average. The rear camera is of 12+5 MP and the selfie camera is 13 MP.

The rear camera can also record video up to 4k @ 30 fps and has gyro EIS and with the front camera, you can record up to 1080p video.

This phone was launched in 2018 and Asus has sold around 1 million units in just 6 months. I have been using this phone for more than 20 months and considering the price this phone is pretty decent.

It comes with stock UI with zero bloatware, the performance is solid and Asus will screw it and also fix it by giving updates. The updates are slow and often get delayed and often have lots of bugs.

It is available in 3,4 & 6 GB and you should go with 4 GB variants because the phone will get slow because of the unoptimized updates.

The phone is durable and easily survive fall from around shoulder length. The rear camera is 13+5 MP and the front is of 8 MP. Both can record video up to 1080p. The image quality is okay and it can be enhanced by installing Gcam.

It has a 5000 mAh battery and will easily last a whole day. M1 comes with standard 10-watt charger and it will take 2 and a half hours to fully charge.

It is powered by Snapdragon 636 an octa-core processor. It can easily handle heavy apps and you can also play heavy games like PUBG at medium settings.

It is like a small brother of max pro M2. It comes with a snapdragon 632 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz. You can play heavy games like PUBG at low setting without any lag. It comes with 4000 mAh and will last a day under heavy usage.

It has a 6.26-inch HD+ display with a notch. The colors look good and punchy. M2 comes with stock android and has no bloatware which makes this phone fast. Asus does provide the latest update but often gets delayed and most of the time it has bugs.

So before flashing any update go to youtube and watch the review of the latest updates. It will help you avoid flashing buggy rom.

The rear camera is of 13+2  MP. The photo is good and looks natural. It can also record 4k video which is amazing at this price point. The selfie camera is of 8 MP and is pretty decent.

Video and audio quality is good. M2 is made of metal which is rare in phones under 8000. There is no known heat issue. Overall this phone is worth every rupee.

ProcessorSnapdragon 425
Camera (Rear & Front)13+8 MP & 8 MP
Battery4000 mAh
Display5.5-inch
Ram & Storage3+32 GB
Price5,999/-

This is a lightweight phone and weighs only 150 grams. It has a unibody design and looks exactly like Max pro M1 but is made of plastic.

It has a single 13 MP f/2.0 rear camera and 8 MP front camera with flash. The photo looks over beautified and there are plenty of good camera phones under 7000. It has 5.5 inch IPS LCD display with HD resolution. It comes with a dual sim slot with single VoLTE support and a dedicated sd card.

For the processor, it has octa-core snapdragon 430 clocked at 1.4 GHz, which is old and power-hungry. Great for playing casual games like temple run etc. It is a budget phone and will cost only 6499.

The display is impressive at this price point and the sound is also great, it will get louder if you use outdoor mode.

It has a 4000 mAh battery with a 10-watt charger and will last a day under normal usage.

ProcessorSnapdragon 430
Camera (Rear & Front)13 MP & 5 MP
Battery3000 mAh
Display5.45-inch
Ram & Storage4+64 GB
Price4,999/-

Zenfone lite L1 cost only 4999/-. It has a triple-slot i.e 2 sim slot and a dedicated sd card slot. The back is made of polycarbonate plastic with a metallic finish and it really looks like a metal back.

L1 has a 5.45-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The bezels are not thin, it okay considering the price. Viewing angles are great and you also get 400 nits brightness.

It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and it scored 56617 in antutu benchmark. L1 will be good for the user who just wants to watch some movies, surf the internet, and sone lite games like a temple run best for first-time smartphone users.

The rear camera is of 13 MP and the front is of 5 MP. Photo does lack details and generally, at this price you will not get a phone with a good camera. It has a 3000 mAh battery with a 5-watt charger.

The fingerprint sensor is missing but you have face unlock which is not secure, so use this feature as a convenience, not as security.

Overall good phone at this price point.
